I left my best advice in my books. I left my most circular ramblings in my interviews.
When The Wealthy Gardener reached #46 on Amazon’s overall bestseller list, podcast invitations started coming in. Every host ended with the same question:
“Where can people find you?”
I always wanted to say: Find me in the book.
That’s where I left my mind, my voice—my soul.
What Is Wealthy Bookheads?
This site isn’t about author interviews. It’s about book interviews.
Each episode asks powerful questions and lets the books answer in their own words. It began as a companion project to The 5-Year Crusade, but it was grew into the idea of interviewing one book per week, 250 books in 5 years.
That was my intention, at least. I couldn’t keep up with the goal.
What I found is that I waste a lot of time studying supposedly great books. Not all of them are great, or even good, in my opinion, but rather are usually written by people who are great promoters of themselves and their books. Who would’ve thunk it?
Loud people get attention. But not here, not on this website.
I have a growing discard pile of “great books” that aren’t worthy of the bookheads, and if it seems I’m not adding to this website, please understand that I’m seriously adding to the discard pile. It’s not so easy to find great books these days.
If you’re here to recommend a great book: thank you. I’ll see it, but I may not respond. The queue is full at the moment.
If you’re an author whose book I’ve interviewed: Please know—your inclusion is my ultimate show of respect. I interview only the best of the best books.
